Who we are

WEKYN Stays is a family-owned short-term rental management company based in Crosslake, Minnesota, serving the Brainerd Lakes Area and beyond. We manage properties on behalf of homeowners and host guests at properties we own and manage.

Using this website

• Please do not scrape, copy, or republish our photography, listing copy, or written content without permission.
• Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse our forms, or submit false information.

Bookings are governed by your rental agreement

Nothing on this website is a booking contract. Rates, availability, and property details shown here are for information and may change. The terms of an actual stay — house rules, cancellation policy, payment schedule, damage terms, and occupancy limits — are set out in the rental agreement and booking confirmation you receive when you book, together with the terms of the platform you booked through. If anything on this site conflicts with your rental agreement, the rental agreement governs.

Management services

Descriptions of our management services, pricing, and performance figures on this site are general information, not an offer or a guarantee of results. Any management relationship is governed by a signed management agreement between us and the homeowner.

Email and text messages

If you give us your email address or phone number, we may use it to reply to you and to send information you asked for.

Staff and service crew alerts. Members of our team and our contracted service crew receive operational text alerts from our internal maintenance system — job assignments, urgent property issues, and supply reminders. These are work communications, not marketing.

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts at any time.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Giveaways and promotions

Any giveaway or promotion we run has its own rules, published with that promotion. Entry is void where prohibited, and entrants must be 18 or older unless the rules say otherwise.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep property details, photography, and availability accurate and current. Even so, details can change and errors happen. We do not warrant that everything on the site is complete or error-free, and we may correct or update content at any time.

Our site links to booking platforms and local businesses we like. We are not responsible for their content, their terms, or their privacy practices.
