Where are your properties located?+
We're based in Crosslake, Minnesota and manage homes throughout the Brainerd Lakes Area — prime lake country for fishing, pontooning, golf, and four-season getaways.
How many people can your homes sleep?+
It varies by property — most of our lakehouses comfortably sleep 8–12. Each property page lists exact sleeping capacity, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
What's included in a stay?+
Five-star cleaning, fresh linens and towels, a stocked kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and the thoughtful little touches that make a trip feel effortless. Some homes include extras like hot tubs, fire pits, and even a pontoon.
What if something comes up during our stay?+
Reach out anytime — we have a real person on call day or night. We always make it right. No question is too small.
What does WEKYN Stays charge?+
Full-service management is 20% of net revenue, a one-time $2,500 onboarding fee (which includes your first professional photo shoot), and a $149/month tech fee covering your smart lock, dynamic pricing, monitoring, and our automation stack.
How is WEKYN Stays different from a big-box manager like Evolve?+
On our own homes, we out-earned a national manager by 4x. We're boutique and family-run on purpose — your home gets owner-level attention, five-star hospitality, and real revenue optimization instead of being one door in a giant portfolio.
How long until my property is live?+
Typically about 30 days from a signed contract. We handle staging, fixes, smart-home tech, professional photos, listing creation, and a review-building launch strategy.
Can I still use my own property?+
Absolutely. It's your home — you block off the dates you want and use it whenever you like. We work around your personal use.
