Our stay at Evan and Annie's property was exceptional! The home and setting are beautiful. The interior was very clean and nicely decorated. We've stayed at AirB&B's for the last 5 years. Our grandson said, "This is the nicest one. This is my favorite!" We all agreed! The lake is semi-small but perfect for pontoon rides. Herons, eagles and loons made the mornings on the dock with our coffee so relaxing and interesting. For 5 adults and one child the accommodations were perfect! We would highly recommend the hosts as well. So quick to respond to our questions with helpful information! We plan to be back!

We stayed at Rustic Ridge Lodge one night while traveling up north to Duluth and were blown away! Evan and Annie’s communication was prompt, kind and super helpful from start to finish. The views from the living room were breath taking, perfect while my wife and I drank a cup of coffee. The design of the space is both stylish and cozy, and it was hands down one of the cleanest Airbnb’s we have stayed at. The game room/speak easy was a total hit with the kids and gave us a chance to unwind. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had an awesome stay at Rustic Ridge Lodge. The new game room was a huge hit—our kids were obsessed with the arcade games while we kicked back and played some pool in the evenings. Evan and Annie were fantastic hosts—super responsive and helpful the entire time. My wife and I especially loved starting our mornings with coffee and that peaceful view of Fawn Lake from the living room. The nearby trails were also a great bonus. Highly recommend this place—it’s a hidden gem!

Evan and Annie were fantastic hosts and their home was even better! Totally suitable for a party of nine. We had no issues. The location was amazing a beautiful. The amenities this house has was awesome! It was truly an EPIC stay! Everyone loved it and we will be back. If you scroll past this review and don’t book this place you are totally missing out. I can promise you that. The house was immaculately clean and cozy. Thank you again Evan and Annie for welcoming my family in your family home.

Hi! We’re Evan and Annie. We love taking adventures as a family of 5 with our little ones. From 4-wheeling to board games, we enjoy exploring all life has to offer!
When it comes time for a getaway, one of our favorite spots is Rustic Ridge Lodge – where making memories as a family takes top priority. 2021 marks the start of our journey in hosting short-term rentals allowing others the experience to enjoy lasting moments with those closest to them just like we do!

Cancellation Policy
Payment Information: We accept all major credit cards. For bookings made more than 30 days before the arrival date, an initial payment of 50% is due upon booking. The remaining 50% will be automatically charged 30 days prior to your arrival. For reservations made within 30 days of arrival, full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: If a reservation is canceled 30 days or more before the arrival date, guests will receive a 100% refund, less a 3% service fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.
